Abstract
Cestovní ruch je klíčovým faktorem přeshraniční spolupráce
a regionálního rozvoje, přispívajícím k ekonomickému růstu
a kulturní integraci. Tato bakalářská práce analyzuje strategii,
projekty a iniciativy na podporu cestovního ruchu v euroregionech
Nisa a Glacensis během programového období 2014-2020.
Přestože oba euroregiony čelí podobným geografickým a kulturním
podmínkám, jejich přístup k podpoře turismu se liší v závislosti
na organizačních strukturách a prioritách. Práce využívá
kombinaci metod, zahrnující analýzu dostupných dokumentů,
projektů a polostrukturovaný rozhovor s odborníky z euroregionů.
Součástí výzkumu je analýza projektů, která odhaluje rozdíly
v přístupech a výzvy spojené s řízením cestovního ruchu.
Výsledky zdůrazňují úspěšné praktiky, jak zlepšit udržitelný
rozvoj cestovního ruchu v příhraničních oblastech. Získané
poznatky mohou sloužit jako inspirace pro budoucí přeshraniční
spolupráci a strategické plánování.
Tourism is a key factor in cross-border cooperation and regional development, contributing to economic growth and cultural integration. This bachelor's thesis analyzes strategies, projects, and initiatives aimed at promoting tourism in the Nisa and Glacensis Euroregions during the program period of 2014- 2020. Despite sharing similar geographical and cultural conditions, these neighboring euroregions approach tourism development differently due to variations in organizational structure and priorities. The thesis employs a combination of methods, including an analysis of available documents and strategic initiatives as well as semi-structured interviews with experts from the Euroregions. The research includes a project analysis that reveals differences in approaches and challenges related to tourism management. The findings highlight successful practices for enhancing sustainable tourism development in crossborder areas. The insights gained may serve as inspiration for future cross-border cooperation and strategic planning.
