Abstract
Problematika nezaměstnanosti žen na trhu práce je aktuálním tématem, kterým se zabývá většina vyspělých zemí. Ženy představují na pracovním trhu velmi specifickou skupinu, která je ovlivněna hlavně rolemi, které jsou ženám předurčeny. V České republice tuto problematiku řeší Ministerstvo práce a sociálních věcí skrze operační program Zaměstnanost 2014-2020, ve kterém se zaměřuje především na podporu zaměstnanosti a na rovné příležitosti žen a mužů. Diplomová práce s názvem Specifika postavení žen na trhu práce v okresech Libereckého kraje se zabývá aktuální situací žen na trhu práce v Libereckém kraji. Diplomová práce je rozdělena do dvou částí, teoretické a praktické. Praktická část je zaměřena na zhodnocení současného postavení žen na trhu práce v České republice i v Libereckém kraji. Na základě provedené analýzy jsou v závěru práce formulovány návrhy, kterými by bylo možné zvýšit zaměstnanost žen v daných okresech.
The issue of women's unemployment in the labour market is a topical issue with which most of the developed countries deal. Women represent a very specific group in the labour market that is influenced mainly by the roles that are predestined for women. In the Czech Republic, this issue is solved by the Ministry of Labour and Social Affairs through the operational program Employment 2014-2020, which focuses primarily on promoting employment and equality of opportunities for women and men. Diploma thesis called Specifics of the position of women in the labour market in the districts of the Liberec Region deals with the current situation of women in the labour market in the Liberec Region. The thesis is divided into two parts, theoretical and practical. The practical part is focused on the evaluation of the current position of women in the labour market in the Czech Republic and in the Liberec Region. On the basis of the analysis, there are formulated suggestions that could increase the employment of women in the given districts.
