Abstract
Tématem diplomové práce je asistent pedagoga na prvním stupni základních škol. Diplomová práce se zabývá otázkou pohledu asistenta pedagoga na svoji práci, na vzájemný vztah s učitelem, pohledem učitele na asistenta pedagoga ve třídě a také na podmínky pro jeho práci. Výzkumné šetření bylo realizováno pomocí polostrukturovaných rozhovorů na 1. stupni vybrané základní školy. Oslovené učitelky vnímají asistentky pedagoga jako pomoc učiteli v jeho práci se třídou a dopomoc žákům se speciálními vzdělávacími potřebami. Oslovené asistentky pedagoga vnímají svoji profesi především jako pomoc žákům, kteří ji potřebují (např. s přečtením textu, s pochopením zadání, při zklidnění). Ve vzájemném vztahu vnímají obě strany jako důležitou komunikaci, možnost spolehnout se jeden na druhého a vzájemnou důvěru.
The topic of the diploma thesis is teacher's assistant at the first stage of elementary schools. The diploma thesis deals with the question of the teacher's assistant's view of his/her work, the relationship with the teacher, the teacher's view of the teacher's assistant in the class and the conditions for his/her work. The research was realized through semi-structured interviews at the first stage of the selected elementary school. Referred teachers perceive the teacher's assistants as the support to their work with class and the help to pupils with special educational needs. Referred teacher's assistants perceive their profession primarily as help to pupils who need it (such as reading text, understanding the assignment, calming). Both sides see the communication, the ability to rely on each other and mutual trust as important parts for their cooperation.
