Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou nástupnictví v rodinné firmě KOLLERT ELEKTRO s.r.o. v Liberci. V úvodu práce je nejprve teoreticky vymezeno rodinné podnikání a s ním související pojmy. Druhá kapitola popisuje specifika rodinných podniků a jejich silné a slabé stránky. Následující dvě kapitoly se již věnují procesu nástupnictví a zpracování nástupnického plánu. V praktické části je nejprve krátce představena vybraná společnost. Dále je provedena strategická analýza podnikatelského prostředí pomocí PESTE analýzy, analýzy odvětví, rozboru marketingového mixu podniku a finanční analýzy. V rámci analytické části je také vyhodnocena vitalita rodinné firmy dle výzkumného projektu kolektivu autorů z Technické univerzity Liberec. V závěrečné kapitole jsou vyjmenovány možnosti předání podniku a navržen základní koncept nástupnictví z otce na syny. Součástí jsou také doporučení, která pomohou majiteli úspěšně provést výměnu generací.
The diploma thesis deals with the theme of the succession of KOLLLERT ELEKTRO Ltd, a family-owned company in Liberec. In the introduction, there is a theoretical definition of a family business and related terms. The next chapter describes specific features of family-owned businesses and their strenghts and weaknesses. Two following chapters deal with the process of succession, and the succession plan processing. Firstly the practical part introduces the selected family-owned company. Secondly the business environment strategic analysis including PESTE analysis, sector analysis, analysis of marketing mix and financial analysis is carried out. In the practical part is also evaluated the vitality of the company based on the research project of a team of authors at the Technical University of Liberec. The final part lists the succession alternatives and suggests the basic concept of succession from father to sons. It includes also recommendations, which will help with a successfull process of the generation exchange.
