Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývala problematikou ukládání alternativních trestů v České republice. Jejim hlavnim cilem bylo poskytnuti ucelenych informaci o praktickem vyuziti těchto druhů trestů. Práce byla rozdělena na teoretickou a praktickou část. Teoretická část se zabývala legislativním úskalím a zákonnými možnostmi spojenými s touto problematikou. Praktická část byla zaměřena na alternativní trest "veřejně prospěšné práce" v regionu hlavního města Prahy, kdy na vzorku 15 pachatelů byla použita metoda řízeného rozhovoru, pozorováni a studium dokumentace. Největším přínosem bakalářské práce bylo zjištění názorů a postojů jednotlivých pachatelů odsouzených k tomuto trestu a rovněž názorů, které byly získány od pracovníků sociálních odborů v regionu hlavního města, které pak vedly k návrhu konkrétních řešení a opatření v dané oblasti.
This Bachelor´s thesis dealt with questions of imposing alternative punishments within the Czech Republic. The main goal of this work was to provide comprehensive information concerning the use of these sorts of punishment. The work was divided in theoretical and practical parts. The theoretical part contents legislative difficulties and legal possibilities associated with this matter. The practical part concentrated on the concrete issue of alternative punishment, namely Community Service in Prague. The methods of controlled interview, observation and study of documentation were used for the evaluation within the sample of 15 offenders there. The biggest contribution of this work was findings of individual offenders{\crq} opinions and attitudes and opinions gained from social workers within Prague region, which led to concrete suggestion of solutions and measures.
