Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá stavbou termostatické desky, která je určená k měření teplotních závislostí elektronických prvků a dílů. V teoretické části vysvětluje pojmy z oblasti zobrazení teploty pomocí používaných stupnic. Popisuje typy snímačů teploty, jejich konstrukce, vlastnosti a použití. Dále uvádí základní pojmy v oblasti regulátorů a jejich přechodové funkce. V praktické části jsou provedeny měření časové průběhy teplot realizované termostatické desky pomocí termočlánků. Jsou vyhodnocovány regulační pochody a vlivy na přesnost nastavení. Na závěr byla změřena teplotní závislost závěrných a propustných parametrů Schottkyho diody.
This bachelor paper considers the conctruction of a thermostatic board, which determines the measurement of temperature dependence of electronic elements and parts. The theoreticall part explains terms regarding the area of displaying temperature with the help of scales used. It describes the types of temperature sensors , their construction, qualities and usage. It then introduces the basic terms in the field of regulators and their transitional functions. Measurements, time process of temperature realized thermostatic board by help thermoelement are implemented in the practical part. The regulation procedures and influences on the accurancy of settings are analysed. The thermal dependance of ending and permeable parameters of Schottky´s diode was measured at the conclusion.
