Abstract
Cílem bakalářské práce bylo analyzovat pevnost kevlarových a nomexových nití v kličce a určit hlavní faktory, které pevnost v kličce ovlivňují. Práce se skládá z pěti základních částí. První část je věnována vláknům Kevlar a Nomex, jejich variantám, struktuře a vlastnostem. Druhá část se zabývá namáháním ve výrobcích, které tyto nitě obsahují a to hlavně namáháním mechanickým a termickým. Třetí část popisuje možnosti zkoušení nití v kličce a podmínky, které musí být při zkoušení splněny. Čtvrtá část se věnuje teoretické analýze rozboru tlakových sil, kterými na sebe nitě v kličce vzájemně působí. Pátá část je samotný experiment, kde se z naměřených hodnot vypočítal tzv. koeficient pevnosti v kličce, který je pak rozhodující při porovnávání nití podle různých faktorů. V závěru jsou vyhodnoceny faktory ovlivňující pevnost kevlarových a nomexových nití v kličce.
The main purpose of this thesis was analyze of the loop strengh ot the Kevlar and Nomex sewing thread and define main factors that influences strengh in the loop. This work consistes of five basic parts. The first part is devoted to Kevlar threads and Nomex thread and their variations, quality and structurs. Second part is devoted with strainig in products containing those thread, mainly mechanics and thermic straining. Third part describes possibilities of testing in the loop and conditions that must be fulfiled by testing. The fourth part is devoted to theoretic analyze of pressure strenghs in loop affecting each other. The fifth part is its experiment. From the measured informaltions is calculated strengh coeffcient in loop that is definitive by comparing of threads according to varios factors. In the end the factors affecting strengh of Kevlar and Nomex sewing threads in loop are analysed.
