Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá vlivem napětí osnovy při tkaní na výsledné rozměry vyrobené tkaniny. V práci je popsán postup výroby stolního prádla od obetkání metráže tkaniny až po konečnou fázi, kdy je výrobek určen k prodeji konečným zákazníkům. Cíl práce spočívá v dosažení požadovaných rozměrů vyrobených ubrousků u vybrané konstrukce po prvním pracím cyklu. Z důvodu předpokládaného vlivu napětí osnovy v průběhu tkaní na výsledné rozměry výrobku bylo na zvoleném tkacím stroji během experimentu nastavováno několik různých verzí napětí osnovy. Na základě naměřených hodnot a jejich analýzy je v závěrečné části stanoveno doporučení optimálních podmínek výroby daného druhu zboží pro firmu VEBA a.s. tak, aby bylo dosaženo menších odchylek ve výsledných rozměrech výrobků po praní, které jsou způsobeny sráživostí po osnově i po útku.
The thesis is focused on the influence of the warp tenses during the weaving process on the final proportions of the produced cloth. There is described the production sequence of table linens from the weaving of fabric up to the final phase, when the product is ready for the sale to consumers, in the thesis. The task of the thesis is reaching the required proportions of produced table-napkins, based on chosen construction, after the first washing cycle. By reason of expected influence of warp tenses during the weaving process on the final proportions of the product, there were set up several different versions of warp tenses on the chosen weaving machine in the experiment. On the basis of the measured parameters and their analysis there is mentioned the recommendation for the company VEBA a.s. in the final part of the thesis, so that there will be smaller proportion variance of the final product after the washing process, which are caused by the shrinkage of the material in the direction of warp as well as weft.
