Abstract
Bakalářská práce řešila drogovou problematiku ve věznici a vycházela ze současného stavu ve věznicích v České republice. Cílem provedeného průzkumu bylo zjistit postoje a názory zaměstnanců věznice související s drogovou problematikou. Bakalářská práce na téma Drogy ve věznici byla členěna do dvou základních částí. První část - teoretická - se věnovala základním pojmům, popsala drogovou problematiku a specifika této problematiky ve vězeňství pomocí zpracování a prezentace odborných zdrojů. Druhá část bakalářské práce - praktická - zjistila explorační metodou postoje a názory zaměstnanců věznice spojené s drogovou problematikou. Za největší přínos práce vzhledem k řešené problematice bylo možné považovat zjištění, že většina zaměstnanců nesouhlasila se zaváděním postupů harm reduktion do věznice, že příslušníci VS ČR vnímali riziko nákazy infekční chorobou citlivěji než civilní zaměstnanci, a že většina zaměstnanců projevila zájem o hlubší vzdělání související s drogovou problematikou.
This bachelor thesis deals with drug problems in prison according to the current status in the prisons in the Czech Republic. The goal of the research was to study prison employees' attitude and opinions on drug problems in prison. The thesis called 'Drugs in Prison' is divided into two parts. The first part is theoretical and describes the drug problems and its specifies. The second part is practical and with the use of the exploration method found out about the employees' attitude and opinions on the subject. The research revealed that most prison employees did not agree with the new method in prison called 'harm reduction' and that they considered the danger of contagious disease more sensitively than civilian employees.Apart from this, the main contribution of the thesis is the new fact that most employees would like to study the 'drug problems' topic closer.
