Abstract
Anotace Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou školní třídy jako sociální skupiny. Cílem bakalářské práce je analyzovat teoreticky i prakticky úspěšnost žáka staršího školního věku ve vztahu k pozici ve třídě. Práci tvoří dvě hlavní části. Jedná se o část teoretickou, která pomocí zpracování odborných zdrojů objasňuje oblasti, které se dotýkají školní třídy jako je vymezení pojmu malé sociální skupiny, starší školní věk a vzorce sociálních vztahů ve třídě. Bližší podstatou bakalářské práce se zabývají následující kapitoly, které rozebírají klima školní třídy a blíže specifikují vytvoření pozitivního klimatu ve třídě. Nezanedbatelnou kapitolou teoretické části je rozbor pozice a role žáka ve třídě s podrobnějším vysvětlením základních dimenzí žákových pozic ve třídě. Jedná se o kompetence, vliv a oblibu. Hlavní myšlenkou praktické části je zjistit pomocí sociometrického-ratingového dotazníku nejvlivnějšího a nejoblíbenějšího žáka ve třídě a porovnat jeho vliv a oblibu s jeho výsledky ve školní práci. Zjištěné výsledky ukazují vztah mezi vlivem, sympatií a úspěšností žáků. Výsledky vedou k vytvoření indexu náklonnosti jednotlivých žáků vůči třídě. Rozhovor s třídním učitelem a učiteli, kteří ve třídě vyučují, poskytuje obrázek o aktivitě žáků při vyučovacích hodinách. Očekávaným praktickým přínosem bakalářské práce je možné považovat reálný vhled do struktury školní třídy a pochopení vztahu mezi úspěšností žáků a jejich pozic ve třídě.
Annotation: This Diploma Thesis deals with the term ``class as a social group{\crqq}. The aim of the Diploma Thesis is to analyse both in theory and in experience older school aged student´s success in relation to his position in the class. The Diploma Thesis is comprised to two parts.The teoretical one,in which teoretical resources are adapted and the terms : ``small social groups{\crqq},{\crqq}older school age{\crqq} and various ``formulas of social relations in class{\crqq} are explained. Next chapters, in which the climate in the school class is analysed and forming positive climate in the class is specified in more details are the practical part of Thesis.The insificant chapter of the teoretical part is analysis of student´s position and his role in the class with detailed explanation of basic dimensions of his possible positions such as competence,influence an popularity.The main concept of the practical part is to find out with a special questionnare the most influential and the most popular student in the class and to compare his popularity with his school results.The survey reveals interrelations of student´s influence,popularity and success.Thanks to the outcomes of survey the individul student´s index of sympathy in the class can be created.Dialogs with the class teacher and other teachers teaching in the class gives an illustration of student´s activities during lessons.The real approach to the structure of the school class and realisation of relation between the student´s success and his position in the class is the projected contribution of this Diploma Thesis.
