Abstract
Cílem této bakalářské práce je realizace sportovního letního tábora pro děti z kroužku sportovní gymnastiky. Teoretická část je zaměřena na vývoj volného času, charakteristiku mladšího školního věku, dějiny a současnost prázdninových táborů a historii a dělení gymnastiky. Praktická část je rozdělena do třech částí. První část zkoumá rozsah nabídky pro děti z kroužků gymnastiky. Druhá část zkoumá podrobněji konkrétní gymnastický tábor. Třetí část se věnujerealizaci letního sportovního tábora. V praktické části byly použity metody dotazníkové a osobní rozhovory. Na základě zjištěných údajů jsme realizovaly letní sportovní tábor pro děti kroužků sportovní gymnastiky. Program gymnastického tábora je připraven hlavně venku a doplněn o méně známé sportovní aktivity.
The objective of this bachelor thesis is the realization of a summer sports camp for the children from a Gymnastics Club. The theoretical part is focused on the development of leisure time,specification of younger school age, history and contemporaneity of summer camps, history and classification of gymnastics. The practical part is divided into three sections. The first section researches the range of offer for children from the Gymnastics Clubs. The second section researches the specific gymnastics camp in details. The third section deals with the realization of the summer sports camp itself. We used the questionnaire method and personal interviews in the practical section. On the basis of recorded data we implemented summer sports camp for children from the Gymnastic Club. The programme of the gymnastics camp is prepared mostly for outside and supplemented with less known sports activities.
