Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá multikulturní výchovou v předškolním vzdělávání. Teoretická část obsahuje cíl multikulturní výchovy a její podstatu. Jedna z kapitol se také zabývá otázkou, proč by se měla multikulturní výchova vyskytovat v MŠ a zároveň se zde nachází prvky MV zařazené v RVP PV. Je zde popsáno 5 nejčastěji se vyskytujících menšin na území ČR a jejich zákonem daná práva na předškolní vzdělávání. V praktické části práce jsou identifikované projektované a realizované prvky multikulturní výchovy v předškolním vzdělávání v konkrétních vybraných MŠ. Na závěr je diskuse o odlišnostech výskytu prvků jednotlivých mateřských školách.
This bachelor thesis deals with multicultural studies in pre-school education. The theoretical part contains the objective of multicultural education and its essence. One of the chapters also deals with the question of why multicultural education should be found in kindergartens and at the same time there are elements of the multikultural studies included in the General Education Programme Pre-school Education. The 5 most frequently occurring minorities in the Czech Republic are described along with their statutory pre-school education rights. The practical part of the thesis identifies the projected and realized elements of multicultural studies in pre-school education in specifically selected kindergartens. Finally, there is a discussion about the differences in the occurrence of elements in individual kindergartens.
