Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá fenoménem šikany, jejími formami, příčinami a důsledky. Teoretická část obsahuje rešerši vývoje šikany, její formy a druhy, základní typy aktérů a také zvláštní typy šikany. Praktická část je zaměřena na rozhovory s dvěma aktéry šikany. První rozhovor byl veden s agresorem, druhý s obětí. Důraz je kladen na pohled s odstupem času několika let. Cílem bakalářské práce je formou analýzy primárních zdrojů a následných rozhovorů s aktéry šikany získat potřebné informace k posouzení problematiky šikany.
This thesis deals with the phenomenon of bullying, its forms, causes and consequences. The theoretical part includes the development of search, its forms and types, types of participants, as well as specific types of bullying. The practical part is focused on interviews with two participants of bullying. The first interview was conducted with the aggressor, the other with a victim. Emphasis is given on view with hindsight of several years. The aim of this thesis is by form of analysis of primary sources and subsequent interviews with the actors of bullying obtain the necessary information to assess the problem of bullying.
