Abstract
Tématem této diplomové práce je měření blikání (flickeru) a jejím výsledkem je algoritmus umožňující měřit a zaznamenávat flicker. Text práce obsahuje uvedení do problematiky, popis jednotlivých metod, návrh v MATLABU, implementaci do ANSI-C, výsledky tohoto programu a flikr ve vezualizačním programu na PC.
The topic of this thesis is the measurement of flicker (flicker) and the result is an algorithm allowing to measure and record the flicker. Text includes entry into the issue, description of methods, concept in MATLAB, implementation in ANSI-C, the results of this program and flicker in visualization application on the PC.
