Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá alternativními zdroji financování podniku se zaměřením na ČR. První část práce je věnována stručné charakteristice finančních zdrojů obecně, jejíž součástí je klasifikace těchto zdrojů podle základních hledisek. Následující kapitola pojednává o různých alternativních formách financování podniku, dále již detailněji popisuje vybrané alternativní zdroje financování - leasing, faktoring, forfaiting, rizikový a rozvojový kapitál. Zhodnocením současné situace v oblasti vybraných alternativních zdrojů v ČR se zabývá třetí část této práce. Důraz je kladen především na legislativu, která jednotlivé zdroje upravuje, a na aktuální situaci co se týče poskytování těchto zdrojů specializovanými společnostmi. V poslední kapitole je provedena komparace vybraných finančních zdrojů, a to úvěru a leasingu, z hlediska jejich ekonomické výhodnosti.
This diploma thesis deals with alternative financial resources of enterprise with a view Czech Republic. The first part of thesis attends to a short characteristics of financial resources in general. Its component is classification of these resources according to the basic point of view. The following chapter deals with various alternative financial forms of enterprise, after that are choosed and described in detail certain alternative financial resources - leasing, factoring, forfaiting, venture capital. The third part of thesis is engaged in analysis of actual situation in selected alternative resources in Czech republic. Emphasis is placed especially on legislation which individual resources regulates and actual situation as regards providing the resources by specialist companies. In the last chapter is made comparison of selected financial resources, respectively bank credit and leasing, in term of their economic advantageousness.
