Abstract
The diploma paper is interested in the problem of financing of the sports for handicapped people in the Czech republic. It survays the structure of the sports coordinating among the healthy and the handicapped and the way of financing related. The paper contains 14 chapters. These are analysing the sorts of health insurance and the sport legislation in the Czech republic as first. The second and third chapter define the physical culture and the subjects acting in it. The fifth and sixth chapter is focused on the institutional and organizational security of the sport and the structure of the sport coordination in the Czech Republic. The sport for handicapped people is the topic of the seventh chapter. Chapters eight to thirteen are the most important ones in the diploma paper. These are mainly focused on the financing of all these sports. Chapter fourteen is formel by the suggestions about extention of the possibilities of financing the handicapped sportsmen in Czech. Lots of tables and pictures from the area of handicapped sportsmen, which were handled by the diplomanti because they have not been published so far, are enclosed to the diploma paper.
Diplomová práce se zabývá problematikou financování sportu zdravotně postižených v České republice. Mapuje současnou strukturu a řízení sportu zdravých a zdravotně handicapovaných a s tím související způsoby financování. Práce obsahuje 14 kapitol, které analyzují nejdříve druhy zdravotních postižení a sportovní legislativu v České republice. Kapitola 3. a 4. definuje tělesnou kulturu a subjekty, které v ní působí. 5. a 6. kapitola se zaměřuje na institucionální a organizační zabezpečení sportu a strukturu a řízení sportu v České republice. Sport zdravotně handicapovaných je náplní kapitoly 7. Kapitoly 8 až 13 jsou stěžejními kapitolami diplomové práce. Orientují se na financování sportu, jak zdravých, tak i zdravotně postižených sportovců. 14. kapitola je věnována návrhům na rozšíření možností financování zdravotně postižených sportovců v České republice. Diplomová práce je doplněna řadou tabulek a obrázků z oblasti sportu zdravotně handicapovaných, které byly zpracovány diplomantem, neboť do té doby nebyly nikde publikovány.
