Abstract
Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na flexibilizaci práce v České republice. Jsou uvedeny důvody, které vedly k flexibilizaci práce. Dále je popsáno současné využívání flexibilních úvazků na trhu práce. Cílem práce je zhodnotit vztah mezi flexibilizací práce a mírou nezaměstnanosti a posoudit výhody a nevýhody pro subjekty, kterých se využívání flexibilních forem prací týká.První část práce se zabývá teoretickými přístupy k flexibilizaci práce a jejímu vymezení v české legislativě. Praktická část práce obsahuje kvalitativní a kvantitativní zhodnocení využívání flexibilních forem práce, charakteristiku společnosti Škoda Auto a seznámeníse se systémem agenturního zaměstnávání ve společnosti. Na závěr jsou uvedena doporučení pro lepší využívání flexibilních forem práce.
The thesis is focused on flexibilization of work in the Czech Republic. There are reasons, that led to flexibilization and there is a current development of the flexible employing.The purpose of this thesis is to evaluate relationship between flexibilization of the work and unemployment and to evaluate advantages and disadvantages of the using flexible forms of employment.The first part of the thesis is focused on theoretical knowledge in the area of flexibilization of work and its definition in the Czech legislation. A practical part of this thesis contains quantitative and qualitative evaluation of the flexible working, characteristicsof the company Škoda Auto and familiarization with the process of the agency employing in the company. There are recommendations are given for better using flexible employing at the end.
