Abstract
Předmětem diplomové práce je řízení vybraných položek zásob královéhradecké společnosti BRUKR CZ s.r.o. Práce je rozdělena do dvou základních částí. První dvě kapitoly pojednávají o teoretických východiscích tématu. Nejprve je objasněn proces skladování, dále zásoby v obecné rovině a poté jejich možné druhy. Následující kapitola obsahuje výčet různorodých exaktních metod uplatňovaných při řízení skladových položek. Druhý oddíl práce je započat představením podniku, jehož zásoby pilových pásů jsou v rámci této práce zkoumány. Navazuje jejich charakteristika, analýza získaných dat za stanované období a roztřídění sledovaných položek do čtyř skupin prostřednictvím ABCD analýzy. Pozornost je věnována zásobám třídy A, jakožto nejdůležitějším skladovým položkám zboží z hlediska vygenerovaných tržeb za sledovaný rok 2016. V závěru diplomové práce jsou shrnuty výsledky použitých metod řízení.
The subject of this diploma thesis is the inventory management of selected stock items of the BRUKR CZ s.r.o. company which is located in Hradec Králové. The work is divided into two parts. The first two chapters discuss the theoretical framework of the topic. Firstly, the process of storage is explained, secondly, stocks in general and, finally, their possible kinds are described. The next chapter includes a list of different exact methods that are being used in the inventory management. The second part of the work opens with an introduction of the company whose stocks of band saw blades are examined in the present theses. Following are their characteristics, analysis of the data obtained from the monitoring period and classification of the monitored items into four groups by means of the ABCD analysis. Special attention is paid to the stock items belonging to class A, as being the most important objects of the inventory in terms of revenues generated in 2016 which is the year of focus here. The diploma thesis concludes with a summary of the results of the applied inventory management's methods.
