Abstract
Cílem řešení diplomové práce je charakterizovat parametry nutné pro podlepování textilních materiálů pomocí mikrovln a následné srovnání vlastností takto podlepených materiálů s vlastnostmi materiálů podlepených běžným způsobem pomocí průběžného fixačního lisu. Úvodní část je zaměřena na bližší analýzu mikrovln a jejich využití v průmyslových aplikacích. Na základě teoretického rozboru této problematiky byl navrhnut a zrealizován samotný experiment dle zvolených parametrů. V závěru byly hodnoceny výhody a nevýhody technologie mikrovlnného podlepování v porovnání s klasickým způsobem podlepování.
The aim of this diploma thesis is to estimate the parameters suitable for glue-strengthening of textile materials using microwave technology, and subsequent comparison of properties of thus prepared materials to the parameters of materials prepared by standard method of glue-strengthening using a travel fixation press. First part of the thesis is focused on detailed analysis of microwaves and its utilization in industiral applications. Based on the theoretical analysis of the problem, the experiment was proposed and realized using predicted parameters for microwave technology. In the end there are evaluated advantages and disadvantages of presented technology of microwaves glue-strengthening in comparsion with the standart glue-strengthening method.
