Abstract
Cílem práce je studium mechanických vlastností vláken, vlákenných svazků a přízí. Rešeršní část je věnována obvyklým vlastnostem polypropylenu, mechanickým vlastnostem jednotlivých vláken, vlákenných svazků a přízí, dále popisu možnosti predikce pevnosti svazku vláken a pevnosti přízí a jejich vyjádření pro 100 % bavlněné a syntetické příze. V experimentální části byly nejdříve proměřeny vybrané vlastnosti dvou typů 100 % PP vláken a to délka, pevnost a tažnost.
The aim of this work is to study the mechanical properties of fibers, fiber bundles and yarns. The search part is devoted to the usual characteristics of polypropylene, the mechanical properties of individual fibers, fiber bundles and yarns, as well as a description of the possibility of prediction of fiber bundle strength and the strength of yarns and their observations on 100 % cotton and synthetic yarn. In the experimental section were first measured the characteristics of the selected two types of 100 % PP fibers and the length, strength and elongation. For these properties has been monitoring the impact of the measurement method and material. On the basis of the experiment was found for the prediction of packing density, and the diameter of the proportional strength of 100 % PP yarns different mechanism compared with 100 % cotton yarns. In monitoring the impact of twist on the strength of the relationship was a modification of cotton to achieve adequate prediction experiment. The result is a draft model for designing packing density, and the diameter proportional to the strength of two sets of thirteen compact carded 100 % PP yarn fineness of the same, but different twist.
