Abstract
V současné době jsou prostory Úřadu městské části Praha 5 rozptýleny v několika budovách a v nevyhovujících prostorech. Úkolem je navrhnout novou reprezentativní budovu radnice, která bude na novém důstojném místě ve vazbě na postupnou přestavbu území současného autobusové nádraží Na Knížecí, které bude v blízké době zrušeno a přesunuto ke Smíchovskému nádraží. Součástí návrhu je řešení před prostoru radnice a veřejného prostranství v návaznosti na okolní zástavbu. Objekt radnice se má stát místem pro dialog mezi občany a orgány státní a městské správy. Součástí budovy budou i prostory se společenskou a kulturní funkcí.
Nowadays the spaces of the Office district Prague 5 are spread in many buildings and in unsuitable spaces. The task is to suggest a new representative building of the city hall, that will be on the new worthy place of gradual reconstruction of the bus station Na Knížecí, that will be closed and moved to Smíchovské station in a short time. The part of the project is the solution of the front space of the city hall and public open space in the continuity of surrounding buildings. The building of the city hall should be the place for dialogues between citizens and authorities of civil and city services. The part of the building will be the spaces with social and culture function, too.
