Abstract
Doktorská disertační práce se věnuje problematice restrukturalizace podniků v podmínkách transformace České republiky. Práce obsahuje 9 kapitol. V první kapitole jsou uvedeny cíle a metody, které byly použity při zpracování disertační práce. Druhá kapitola se zabývá problematikou transformace, která představuje komplexní proces a jejíž úspěšnost předpokládá systémové řešení celé řady dílčích, ekonomických i mimoekonomických opatření. Třetí kapitola se věnuje teorii restrukturalizačních procesů, které jsou úzce svázány s realizací vhodných opatření a představují proces celkových změn v podniku. Podniková restrukturalizace je založena na změnách, které prostupují všemi oblastmi života podniku. Čtvrtá kapitola mapuje právní prostředí, týkající se podnikatelských subjektů. Obsahuje rozbor vybraných zákonů a jejich změn. Zabývá se také problematikou vymahatelností práva, která je dosud nedostatečná. Pátá kapitola zachycuje transformační procesy, které se dotýkají jednotlivých podnikových činností a člení se podle toho, jakou funkci sehrávají při přeměně podnikových vstupů na výstupy. Šestá kapitola se zabývá specifikací vybraných podmínek podnikání v České republice se zaměřením na ty aspekty, které ovlivňují činnost podnikatelských subjektů, a to jak kladně, tak i záporně. Sedmá kapitola se zabývá vybranými aktivitami, které pozitivně napomáhají při řešení restrukturalizačních procesů v rámci sdružování podnikatelských subjektů, a osmá kapitola se zaměřuje na podnikání v Libereckém kraji. Závěr disertační práce je věnován shrnutí výsledků empirického výzkumu, který byl uskutečněn mezi podnikatelskými subjekty, jejichž sídlo nebo bydliště je na katastru Libereckého kraje. Disertační práce je doplněna řadou tabulek a obrázků, které se vztahují k problematice transformačních a restrukturalizačních procesů a k vyhodnocení výsledků empirického výzkumu. Práce je završena celkovým shrnutím, konstatováním, zda bylo dosaženo zvolených cílů a potvrzením, nebo vyvrácením hlavní a dílčí hypotézy, které byly stanoveny v úvodu disertační práce.
This doctoral thesis concerns with restructuring companies during the transformation of the Czech Republic. It consists of 9 chapters. The first chapter lists the objectives and methods used during the work on this thesis. The next one concerns with the transformation, which is a complex process and whose success requires a systemic solution of a plenty of partial, both economic and non-economic, arrangements. The third chapter covers the theory of restructuring processes, that are closely connected to realising suitable arrangements and represent general changes in a company. The company restructuring is based on changes, that affect all spheres of this company's activity. The following chapter maps legal environment, that is related to business subjects. It includes an analysis of chosen laws and applicable changes. It also deals with law enforcement, which is still unsatisfactory. The fifth chapter depicts transformation processes, that impact individual company's activities and that can be classified by their role in converting the company's input to output. The sixth chapter specifies selected business conditions in the Czech Republic and it focuses on aspects, that influence the activity of business subjects either in positive or negative meaning. The seventh chapter describes activities, that help solve restructuring processes linked with syndicating business subjects and the eighth one addresses running business in the Liberec region. The last chapter is dedicated to a summary of empirical research, that was conducted among business subjects, whose headquarters or residence belongs to the Liberec region. The thesis is accompanied by charts and pictures related to the processes of transformation and restructuring and to evaluating the results of the empirical research. In a conclusion of this thesis we decide whether the objectives were met and whether the main and complementary theories, determined in the introduction, are valid or not.
