Abstract
V práci je formulován vliv základních parametrů multifilu a deformace na zploštění průřezu multifilu ve vazném bodě tkaniny. Jsou zde uvedeny vhodné geometrické tvary, jimiž lze zploštělý průřez multifilu ve tkanině při projektování jejich vlastností aproximovat. V práci jsou též uvedeny používané vztahy na výpočet zakrytí a plnosti tkaniny uvažující zpolštělý průřez multifilu ve vazném bodě tkaniny. První experiment je zaměřen na vyhodnocení deformovaných průřezů multifilu z hlediska alternativních hypotéz, které řeší deformaci průřezu niti ve tkanině. Na základě dalšího experimentu byly porovnávány regresní vztahy na výpočet zakrytí průřezu multifilu ve vazném bodě tkaniny se zaplněním z experimentu a zaplněním limitním, odvozeným z válcové struktury. Poslední experiment je zaměřen též na ověření regresních vztahů na výpočet velikosti zploštění průřezu multifilu ve vazném bodě tkaniny.
There is formulated effect of the basic parameters of the multifilament and the deformation on the flattening profile of the multifilament in the sinker of the textile fabric in this thesis. There are presented competent geometric forms. These geometrics forms can approach a flattening profile of the multifilament in a fabric with projection their attributes. There are presented used relations to a calculation shielding and fullness of a fabric considering flattening profile of the multifilament in the sinker of the textile fabric, too. The first experiment is located on the evaluation deformed profiled of the multifilament from the aspects of the alternative hypotheses. They solve the deformation of crosscut of the file in the fabric. The next experiment confronted the regression relations to the calculation the hidden profile of the multifilament in the sinker fabric with the filling from the experiment and with the limit filling, which is derived from a cylindrical structure. The tast experiment is located on the attestation of regression relations to the calculation quantity flattening profile of the multifilament in the sinker of the textile fabric, too.
