Abstract
Bakalářská práce byla zaměřena na metody dekontaminace, kterými jsou dekontaminace, dezinfekce a sterilizace. Teoretická část pojednává o metodách dekontaminace a jejich specifikách v oblasti přístrojové techniky. Ve výzkumné části bylo stanoveno pět cílů a deset výzkumných předpokladů. Ty byly pak následně ověřovány formou strukturovaného dotazníku, který vyplňovali studenti oborů zaměřených na biomedicínskou techniku. Výsledné poznatky byly zpracovány jako studijní opora pro studenty oborů zaměřených na biomedicínskou techniku.
The bachalor thesis was focused on decontamination methods, particularly methods such as decontamination, disinfection and sterilization. The teoretical part deals with methods of decontamination and their specifics in the field of instrumentation. In the reshearch part, five objectives and ten research assumptions were set. These were subsequently verifaid in the form of a structured questionnaire, witch was completed by the students of biomedical engeneering study field. The research findings were developed as a study support for students of biomedical engeneering.
