Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je přístup všeobecných sester k celoživotnímu vzdělávání. Cílem práce bylo zjistit, jaké formy celoživotního vzdělávání všeobecné sestry upřednostňují, co je motivuje k tomuto vzdělávání a jaké jsou faktory, které je omezují k celoživotnímu vzdělání. Pro komplexnost náhledu na vzdělávání nelékařských pracovníků byla stručně popsána historie vývoje českých ošetřovatelských škol od 19. století až po současnost, kde jsme popisovali vývoj pregraduálního a postgraduálního vzdělávání. Ve výzkumné části analyzujeme, zda všeobecné sestry mají potřebu dalšího vzdělávání, jaké formy celoživotního vzdělávání sestry upřednostňují, jaký je důvod tohoto vzdělávání a co je demotivuje. Výzkum probíhal nestandardizovaným dotazníkem. Všechny výsledky a závěry práce jsou zmíněné v samotné práci.
The topic of the thesis is the stance of general nurses to the lifelong education. The aim of the thesis is to find out which forms of the lifelong education general sisters prefer, what motivates them to the way of educating and what factors limit them to the lifelong education. For the complexity of view on the educating if non-medical workers, there was briefly described the history of the development of the Czech nursing schools since the 19th century till now, where it is described the development of undergraduate and postgraduate education. In the practical part, it is analysed if general nurses are needed to do any further educating, what forms of the lifelong education nurses prefer, what is the reason of the education and what motivates them. The research was done by non-standardized questionnaire. All results and conclusions are mentioned in the thesis.
