Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce pojednává o činnosti Trestní nalézací komisi v Pardubicích v prvním retribučním období, tedy v letech 1946 1947. Úvodní část práce je teoretická, stručně se zabývá vznikem retribučních dekretů a trestních nalézacích komisí. Druhá část práce se věnuje Trestní nalézací komisi Pardubice. Popisuje charakteristiku TNK v Pardubicích a její činnost, typologii trestů a provinění a popisu vybraných případů. Příloha práce obsahuje soupis obžalovaných. Primární zdroj představuje archivní materiál, který je uložen v Státním okresním archivu v Pardubicích.
The bachelor thesis deals with the proceedings of the Penalty finding commission at Pardubice during its first retribution period 1946 1947. The first theoretical part of the thesis deals with the genesis of retribution orders and penalty finding commissions. The second part describes directly the Penalty finding commission at Pardubice. It is dedicated to the characteristics of the commission and its proceedings, typology of offences and punishments and description of selected cases. The attachment contains a list of accused persons. A significant part of the thesis is based upon analyses of archive materials, which are deposited in the State District Archives Pardubice.
