Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacienta před výkonem lumbální punkce.V teoretické části je vysvětlenaproblematika lumbální punkce, indikace a kontraindikace výkonu a následně možné komplikace. Dále je práce zaměřená především na ošetřovatelskou péči po výkonu lumbální punkce aedukaci pacienta před, během a po výkonu lumbální punkce.Empirická část má prověřit informovanost pacientů, upozornit na nedostatky z pohledu pacientů a znalosti v dodržování pokynů pacientů v oblasti doporučených režimových opatření.
This bachelor thesis deals with the education of the patient beforepower lumbar puncture.In the theoretical part, the issue of lumbar puncture,indications and contraindications performance and consequently complic ations.Further work is mainly focused on nursing care after surgery lumbar puncture and patient education before power lumbar puncture.The empirical partis to verify the level of awareness of patients highlight the shortcomings from the perspective of patients and expertise incompliance with the guidelines of patientsin the recommended lifestyle changes.
