Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce popisuje životy důležitých žen české historie, AnnuBayerovou, Andělu Kozákovou-Jírovou a Alici Masarykovou, které se významnězasloužily o současné postavení dnešních žen. Byly první a byly příkladem prodalší ženy, které následovaly jejich kroky na vysokoškolských studiích. Dalytehdejší společnosti najevo, že žena není ve srovnání s muži méněcenná, aledokáže se jim vyrovnat ve většině činností. Svým životním postojem a svýmičiny pomohly svým následovnicím nejen k vysokoškolskému vzdělání, ale i kuplatnění v dalších oborech a činnostech, které do té doby byly výhradněvýsadou mužů. Práce popisuje život těchto žen z dob jejich univerzitního životaa následně jejich obtížné uplatnění v praxi. Cílem práce je přiblížit změnudnešní společnosti oproti společnosti před sto lety.
This bachelor thesis describes lives of three important women of Czechhistory: Anna Bayerová, Anděla Kozáková-Jírová and Alice Masaryková. Thosewomen made significant contribution to current social status of modern women.They were first with their ideas and a lot of women followed their example andstarted studying at the universities. They showed to the society, that woman isnot inferior in comparing to the man, but even she can be equalized with a manin the most of the activities. With their attitude and their acts helped theirfollowers not only to achieve university education, but also to the integration indifferent fields of interests, which used to be particularly sphere of activity ofmen. The thesis describes life of those women during their studies at theuniversities and following problems with breaking through in their fields. The aimof the thesis is to describe changes of the modern society in comparing to thesociety at the beginning of the 20th century.
