Abstract
Diplomová práce Leasing a úvěr jako formy financování podnikových investic a jejich komparace je zaměřena na analýzu vybraných metod externího financování podniků. Jejím úkolem je zjistit, jaké externí zdroje financování je výhodné použít na pořízení dané investice. Pro účely zkoumání výhodnosti způsobů financování je zvolen leasing a úvěr. Nejprve jsou charakterizovány a podrobně analyzovány obě formy z teoretického hlediska. V praktické části práce jsou analyzovány a detailně rozpracovány konkrétní nabídky leasingu a úvěru od společnosti GE Money Auto s.r.o. a následně je provedena jejich komparace.Hlavním cílem diplomové práce je rozhodnout, která z výše uvedených forem financování je za daných podmínek pro zvolenou investici výhodnější. Srovnání je provedeno na základě výpočtu diskontovaných výdajů a výpočtu čisté výhody leasingu. Získané výsledky jsou zhodnoceny a porovnány a v závěru je provedena volba vhodnější varianty financování konkrétního majetku.
Diploma thesis Lease and loan as forms of financing corporate investments and their comparison is focused on analysis of selected methods of external financing businesses. Its task is to determine what external sources of funding, it is preferable to use for the acquisition of the investment. For the purpose of examining the advantages of financing methods is chosen leasing and loan. First are both forms characterized and analyzed in detail from a theoretical perspective. Practical part of the thesis refers to analysis ofspecific offers leasing and loan from GE Money Auto Ltd. and subsequently made their comparison.The main objective of this thesis is to determinate which of the above forms of financing under the given conditions for the selected investment are more profitable. The comparison is done by calculating the discounted costs and calculation of the net benefits of leasing. Based on the evaluated results of the comparison is chosen a more suitable form of the specific asset financing.
