Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci informačního systému kvality v oddělení technické kontroly. Cílem diplomové práce je implementovat nový informační systém a tím zefektivnit statistickou regulaci procesů, zrychlit vnitřní regulační cyklus a zvýšit transparentnost výrobních procesů ve firmě D2Q, s.r.o. V teoretické části práce je řešena problematika metody statistického řízení procesů a nástrojů pro zefektivnění procesů spolu s metodou analýzy měřících systémů. Dále je řešena problematika Business Intelligence z pohledu využití pro výrobní procesy. Jsou řešeny základní komponenty a aplikace pro výrobní oblasti s využitím dashboardů.V praktické části diplomové práce je uvedena analýza současného stavu v oddělení technické kontroly firmy D2Q, s.r.o. Poté je navržen model nového informačního systému spolu s jeho prvky a nakonec je popsána implementace tohoto řešení s technickým a ekonomickým zhodnocením.
This diploma thesis is focused on optimization of information quality system of the technical control department. The main aim of this thesis is to implement a new Information System and thereby improve Statistical Process Control, accelerate internal control cycle and enhance the transparency of manufacturing processes in D2Q, s.r.o. Company.The theoretical part of this diploma thesis deal with issues of methodology of Statistical Process Control and its tools for improving processes, together with methodology of Measurement System Analysis. Furthermore, thesis deals with issues of Business Intelligence in view of utilization in production processes. In this part, thesis deals with the basic components of Business Intelligence and apps for production with utilization of dashboards. In the practical part of this thesis is solved analysis of the current state in the department of the technical control in the D2Q, s.r.o. Company. Later on, thesis deals with designing of the model of the new Information System with its parts and finally is described an implementation of this solution with technical and economical evaluation.
