Abstract
Cílem této diplomové práce je na základě získaných poznatků navrhnout vhodná řešení pro zlepšení skladového hospodářství a motivace zaměstnanců. V rešeršní části práce je popisován vývoj a řízení procesů i logistiky. V další části jsou shrnuty dosavadní poznatky z oblasti skladování a rozmístění jednotlivých pracovišť s přihlédnutím k využití informačních technologií. V závěru rešeršní části jsou řešeny motivační faktory a teorie. V analytické části práce je hodnocena organizace skladování vybraného podniku a jsou předloženy návrhy na jeho vylepšení. Tato vylepšení jsou dána lepším využitím skladového prostoru, novým technickým vybavením a technologiemi. Dále jsou představeny návrhy pro rozmístění konkrétních pracovišť. S těmito navrhovanými řešeními je snaha dosáhnout minimalizace podnikových nákladů spojených se skladováním a přemisťováním zboží.
The aim of this thesis is on the basis of gained knowledge to propose appropriate solutions to improve warehouse management and employee motivation. In the research part are described development and management of processes and logistics. In the next part are summarized current knowledge of the storage and location of individual workplaces with regard to the usage of information technologies. In the end of the research part are described motivational factors and theories. In the analytical part of the thesis organizing storage of selected company is evaluated and suggestions for its improvement are presented. These improvements are given by better usage of the storage area, new technical equipment and technologies. Moreover, proposals for the deployment of specific workplaces are presented. With these proposed solutions is an effort to minimize business costs associated with storage and relocation of goods.
