Abstract
Tato diplomová práce se zaměřuje na vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve firmě ŠKODA AUTO a.s. pomocí vytvoření webu pro projekt Akademie kvality v prostředí aplikace Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2010 užívané ve firmě pro tvorbu týmových webů. V práci jsou popsány technologie pro tvorbu webu. V další části na toto téma navazuje popis vybraných programů pro tvorbu webu, zejména pak Microsoft SharePoint Designer, který je v praxi dále využíván. Hlavní inspirací pro tvorbu webu akademie kvality jsou nejúspěšnější weby dnešní doby. Po jejich představení jsou zhodnoceny jejich silné a slabé stránky. Praktickou část této práce zahajuje pojednání o důležitosti vzdělávání zaměstnanců ve ŠKODA AUTO a.s. Na toto téma navazuje vytvoření projektu Akademie kvality a praktická tvorba webu pro tento projekt pomocí aplikace Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2010, ve kterém byla nastavena šablona firemního vzhledu, který určují pravidlacorporate identity společnosti. V závěru práce jsou zhodnoceny přínosy projektu a návrhy na možné zlepšení a vývoj do budoucnosti.
Team Site Academy of Quality in ŠKODA AUTO a.s.This diploma thesis focuses on the education of employees in the company ŠKODAAUTO a.s. by creating web sites for a project of the Academy of Quality in Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2010. This program is used in the company for creating team web sites. In this thesis the technology for creating web sites is described. The description of selected programs for web development, especially Microsoft SharePoint Designer, which is also used in practice, is in the next section of this work. The creation of the web site of the Academy of Quality is inspired by the most successful contemporary web sites. These web sites are introduced and evaluated in terms of their strengths and weaknesses. The practical part of this thesis begins with a treatise on the importance of staff training at ŠKODA AUTO a.s. This theme is followed by the description of the creation of the project of the Academy of Quality and practical web design for this project with the use of Microsoft SharePoint Designer 2010, in which the template of corporate image was set, which defines the rules of corporate identity. Evaluation of the benefits of the project and suggestions for possible improvements and future developments are in the conclusion.
