Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacienta o aplikaci nízkomolekulárních heparinů. Teoretická část je založena na aktuálních poznatcích zahraniční i české literatury. Zabývá se nejen fyziologií hemokoagulace, nízkomolekulárním heparinem, prevencí, bezpečností a aplikací v této problematice, ale i historickým přelomem v objevení heparinu a především edukací pacienta. Empirickou částí je analýza dat získaných při edukaci pacientů, kteří si nízkomolekulární heparin aplikují. Výstupem pro praxi byl vytvořen návrh edukačního plánu o aplikaci nízkomolekulárních heparinů.
This Bachelor thesis deals with the education a patient about the application of low molecular weight heparins. The theoretical part of the Bachelor thesis is based on the current knowledge of czech and foreign literature. It deals not only with physiology of blood coagulation, low molecular weight heparins, prevention, safety and the application in this area, but also with historical breakthrough discovery of heparin and especially educating a patient. The empirical part of the Bachelor thesis contains data analysis obtained in educating patients, who use low molecular weight heparins by themselves. For practice was created a proposal of a education plan about the application of low molecular weight heparins.
