Abstract
Hlavním cílem práce bylo na základě kombinace vhodných subjektivních a objektivních metod zjistit možnosti mapování termo-fyziologického komfortu pracovních oděvů ochranné třídy III. Pro stanovení subjektivně vnímaného komfortu jsme použili opakované měření (test a retest) za pomoci probandů v kombinaci s Borgovými škálami pro dyskomfort, dušnost a vnímání intenzity zátěže. Objektivně jsme tento komfort určili pomocí monitorování tepové frekvence probandů a tepleného a výparného odporu obleku. Na základě získaných poznatků lze konstatovat, že termo-fyziologický komfort testovaného obleku se v závislosti na intenzitě fyzické aktivity nositele významně mění. Při opakovaném nošení však dochází k adaptaci na vzniklý dyskomfort. Výzkumné metody využité v této práci lze považovat za vhodné pro stanovení termo-fyziologického komfortu podobných typů ochranných oděvů.
The main objective of this thesis was based on a combination of appropriate subjective and objective methods to determine the mapping options of thermo-physiological comfort workwear safety class III . For the determination of perceived comfort we used repeated measurements (test and retest ) using the probands in combination with Borg scales for discomfort, shortness of breath and the intensity of effort. Objectively, we had this comfort determined by monitoring the heart beat of probands and the heat and evaporative resistance suit. Based on the findings it can be stated that the thermo-physiological comfort of the wearer's suit significantly changes depending on the intensity of physical activity . With repeated wear , however, there is an adaptation to the resulting discomfort. Research methods used in this work can be considered suitable for the determination of thermo-physiological comfort and similar types of protective clothing.
