Abstract
Diplomová práce je zaměřena na optimalizaci problémové oblasti nákupního systému ve vybraném podniku. V rešeršní části je popsána funkce nákupu a oblasti managementu zásobování, které mají významný vliv na výsledky hospodaření podniku. Z popisu vyplývá, že útvar nákupu působí zejména na náklady a platební schopnost firmy. Ve čtvrté kapitole je charakterizován vybraný podnik a organizace nákupu v celém koncernu. Jádrem páté kapitoly je provedení analýzy dodavatelského portfolia a nákupních činností,které mají vliv na běžné financování podniku. Na základě této analýzy jsou managementu nákupu navrženy změny, které povedou k vylepšení financování podniku.
The thesis is focused on optimization of problematic area in purchasing system at choosen company. In recherched part is with aid of literature sources described function of purchasing and areas of supply management, which significantly influence economic results of the company. From the description arise that purchasing influence especially the costs and solvency of the company. In the fourth chapter is characterized the choosen company and purchasing organization in the whole compan. The core of the fifth chapter isto provide analysis of supplier portfolio and purchasing activities in the enterprise, which influence current financing of the plant. On base of this analysis are proposed changes to purchasing managment leading to improvement of financing of the company.
