Abstract
Tématem této bakalářské práce je proces personalizace tak, jak se mu věnuje Gilles Lipovetsky, jehož díla jsou pro tuto práci stěžejním podkladem. Jeho nejdůležitější myšlenky jsou v práci srovnávány s myšlenkami z děl dalších autorů, zejména Ericha Fromma, Zygmunta Baumana a Daniela Bella. Cílem práce je porovnat myšlenky všech výše zmíněných autorů a shromáždit je do celku, který popisuje fungování jedince jako samostatné osoby v postmoderní společnosti.
The topic of this bachelor thesis is the process of personalization, as Gilles Lipovetsky describes it in his works, which are the cornerstones for this thesis. His most important ideas are compared with those of other authors like Erich Fromm, Zygmunt Bauman or Daniel Bell. The aim of the thesis is to compare the ideas of all of the authors mentioned above and to assemble the ideas into one complex, which would describe the functioning of a human being as a separate individual in our postmodern society.
