Abstract
Bércový vřed je chronické onemocnění, vznikající především na podkladě tepenných či žilních poruch, které postihuje dolní končetiny. Toto onemocnění však nevede bezprostředně k ohrožení života pacienta, ale výrazně jeho život komplikuje a snižuje jeho kvalitu. Cílem bakalářské práce bylo zjistit úroveň informovanosti pacientů o svém onemocnění. Teoretická část se zabývá charakteristikou, rizikovými faktory, příčinami, diagnostikou a léčbou bércového vředu. Dále také ošetřovatelskou péči o pacienty s tímto onemocněním v domácí péči a poslední část se zabývá edukací pacienta. Empirická část je analýzou dat získaných strukturovaným rozhovorem s pacienty s bércovým vředem, kteří jsou evidovány v agenturách domácí péče.
Leg ulcer is a chronic disease arising especially from arterial or venous disorders that affects the lower limbs. Although this disease does not directly threaten the life of the patients, it greatly complicates and decreases the quality of their life. The aim of the bachelor thesis was to determine the level of patient's awareness of their illness. The theoretical part deals with the characteristics, risk factors, causes, diagnosis and treatment of leg ulcer. It also looks at nursing care for patients with this disease in home care. Its last part deals with the education of the patients. The empirical part is an analysis of data obtained from a non-standardized interview with patients with a leg ulcer who are registered at home care agencies.
