Abstract
Diabetická nefropatie je jednou z možných komplikací diabetu mellitu. Dnes se pacienti s touto diagnózou stále častěji dožívají fáze terminálního selhání ledvin. Je zřejmé, že pacienti nejsou dostatečně edukováni o možných komplikacích tohoto onemocnění, zejména o diabetické nefropatii. Správná edukace tak nepochybně patří k nejvýznamnějším a nejzákladnějším faktorům snížení rizika vzniku diabetické nefropatie. Výstupem této bakalářské práce bude vytvoření návrhu edukačního standardu.
Diabetic nephropathy is one of possible complications of diabetes mellitus. Nowadays, terminal kidney failure is the most common in patients with this diagnosis. Obviously, patients are not well educated about possible complications of this disease, especially diabetic nephropathy. A proper education is amongst the most important and elementary factors in reducing the risk of developing diabetic nephropathy. The output of this bachelor thesis will be creating of a draft of the educational standard.
