Abstract
Práva pacientů jsou obsažena v zákoně č. 372/2011 Sb. a jsou právně vymahatelná, proto se klade větší důraz na jejich dodržování. Bakalářská práce se zabývá problematikou dodržování práv pacientů. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část se zabývá právy pacientů a jejich povinnostmi. Výzkumná část je zpracována kvantitativním výzkumem s pomocí dotazníkového šetření. Cílem této práce bylo zjistit informovanost pacientů o jejich právech a zjistit dodržování jejich práv při poskytování ošetřovatelské péče. Výstupem práce je článek připravený k publikaci v odborném periodiku.
The rights of patients are contained in statute number 372/2011 Sb. a beacause of that they are legally enforceable, so grater emphasis is placed on their adherence. The bachelor thesis deals with the issue of observance patient´s rights. Thesis is divided into the two parts. The theoretical part deals with the rights of patiens and their obligations. The research part is elaborated using a quantitative research with the help of questionnaires. The aim of this work was to identify patients awareness of their rights and to identify the observance of their rights in the provision of nursing care. Output of work is an article prepared for publication in a specialized periodical.
