Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce směřuje svou pozornost k novodobému trendu hodnocení podnikové výkonnosti na základě udržitelnosti. Základní myšlenkou je, že by se podnik neměl soustředit výlučně na maximalizaci ukazatelů pouze z oblasti finanční, nýbrž by měl vzít v potaz i další sféry, které obklopují podnik, jako je sféra environmentální či sociální. Docílením souladu mezi zmíněnými oblastmi se podniku podaří uspokojit potřeby současné bez ohrožení uspokojování potřeb budoucích. Účelem práce je poté zjistit, zda vybraný podnik XY, za pomocí metody Balanced Scorecard vhodně přistupuje k problematice udržitelné podnikové výkonnosti. Závěrem práce analyzuje vybrané klíčové ukazatele z jednotlivých perspektiv této metody a pokouší se odhalit jejich návaznost na udržitelnost.
This bachelor's thesis focuses on modern trend of evaluation of corporate performance based on sustainability. The basic idea is that the company should not only try to achieve maximization of indicators of financial area, but should take others spheres which surround it into consideration (environmental, social spheres). Very important is the harmony among all these areas. Thanks to it, the company is able to satisfy contemporary needs without endangering satisfaction of future needs. The purpose of this work is to find out whether the chosen company XY properly approaches to the issue of sustainable corporate performance thanks to the method Balanced Scorecard. In conclusion, the thesis analyzes selected key indicators from individual perspectives of this method and tries to ascertain their connection and impact on sustainability.
