Abstract
Bakalářská práce je zaměřena na zhodnocení efektivnosti vybrané podnikové investice pomocí statických metod. V práci jsou podrobně popsány jednotlivé ukazatele daných metod, které jsou následně prakticky aplikovány v případě zhodnocení efektivity investice do výroby umělých trávníků, což je stěžejním tématem této práce. Primárním cílem práce bylo provést jmenované zhodnocení investice a poskytnout tak ucelený náhled na úspěšnost zavedení podnikání v tomto oboru. Výpočet ukazatelů probíhal zpětně - což znamená, že vycházel z reálných údajů, které měl závod v době zpracování analýzy k dispozici, nikoliv z předpokládaných hodnot. Výsledek provedeného hodnocení lze pro daný závod považovat za kladný. Ukazatele týkající se ziskovosti vyšly nízké, ale kladné, což je vzhledem k délce působení na trhu pozitivním výhledem do budoucnosti a lze předpokládat, že i vypočítaná doba návratnosti se bude nadále zkracovat.
The bachelor's thesis is focused on the evaluation of efficiency of a chosen company investment using static methods. In the thesis, there are described individual indicators of these methods in detail, that are applied consequently in practice in the case of evaluation of efficiency of the investment in artificial lawns production, which is the central theme of this thesis. The primary goal of the thesis was to evaluate the investment and provide a complete view of the successful implementation of the business in the branch. The calculation of the indicators was conducted retrospectivelly, which means that it proceeded from the real figures which the company used at the time of the calculation analysis. It means that there were not used hypothetical figures. The result of the evaluation can be considered as positive. The indicators of profitability were low but positive which is a positive future outlook considering the shorttime manufacturing facility's activity at the market. Therefore it is possible to assume that the calculated payback period will shorten.
