Abstract
Bakalářská práce se zabývá edukací pacienta u gastroskopického vyšetření. Práce je rozdělena na dvě části. Teoretická část se zabývá historií endoskopie, základními druhy endoskopů, indikacím a kontraindikacím k vyšetření a edukací pacienta podstupující gastroskopické vyšetření. Ve výzkumné části byl vytvořen edukační standard, který byl ověřen dotazníkovým šetřením v praxi. Cílem práce bylo zjistit informovanost pacientů o přípravě na gastroskopické vyšetření a o informovanosti režimových opatřeních po gastroskopickém vyšetření. Výstupem bakalářské práce je edukační standard na téma Edukace pacienta u gastroskopického vyšetření.
This bachelor thesis is concerned with the patient education in gastroscopic examination. The thesis is divided into two parts. The theoretical part describes the history of endoscopy, basic types of endoscopes, indications and contraindications for the examination and the education provided to a patient undergoing gastroscopic examination. The educational standard was created in the practical part and tested in practice by using a survey. The goal of the survey was to find out how well informed were patients concerning the preparation for the gastroscopy and the regimen after it. The outcome of the bachelor thesis is the particular educational standard called Patient education in gastroscopic examination.
