Abstract
Diplomová práce se zabývá sledováním komfortních vlastností zátažných vazeb sportovního prádla. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První z nich, rešeršní část, se zabývá komfortními vlastnostmi sportovního funkčního prádla a uvádí také příklady vlákenných materiálů od různých výrobců. Dále popisuje pletací stroje používané k výrobě seamless sportovního funkčního prádla. Zabývá se typy zátažných vazeb pletenin používaných na sportovní prádlo. V závěru této části jsou popsány měřicí přístroje použité pro měření v následující experimentální části práce. Druhá, experimentální část, se zabývá analýzou vazeb zátažných jednolícních pletenin používaných pro výrobu seamless sportovního prádla, a jejich geometrickými vlastnostmi. Je sledován vliv rozdílné konstrukce vazby a rozdílného použitého vlákenného materiálu na komfortní vlastnosti. Práce se zabývá měřením komfortních vlastností testovaných pletenin ve volném stavu a v natažení a je sledován vliv tohoto natažení na komfortní vlastnosti. V práci jsou navrženy možnosti sledování pórovitosti testovaných vazeb a je také popsáno za jakých podmínek je měření realizovatelné. U pletenin byla testována také odolnost v oděru.
The diploma thesis deals with the comfort properties of weft knitted sportswear. The thesis is divided into two parts. The first one, the research part, deals with the comfort properties of functional sport underwear. It describes fiber materials used for the production of functional sport underwear and also lists examples of fiber materials from different manufacturers. The thesis also desribes knitting machines used to make seamless functional sport underwear. The thesis deals with the types of weft knitted structures used for sportswear. At the end of this part are described the measuring instruments used for measurement in the following experimental part of the thesis. The second experimental part, deals with the analysis of single face knits used for the production of seamless sportswear, and their geometrical properties. The effect of different construction of weft knitted samples and different used fiber material on the comfort properties is evaluated. The thesis deals with the measurement of the comfort properties of the tested knits without stretching and in stretching and the effect of this stretching on the comfort properties is evaluated. The thesis proposes possibilities of measurement the porosity of the tested knits and also describes the conditions under which the measurements are feasible. Knits were also tested for abrasion resistance.
