Abstract
Tématem této diplomové práce je analýza a zhodnocení vybraného investičního projektu. Diplomová práce se zaměřuje na investiční projekt realizovaný Základní školou v České Skalici. Škola využila finančních prostředků ze strukturálních fondů Evropské unie ke zvýšení kvality vzdělávání prostřednictvím kvalifikace pedagogických pracovníků, rekonstrukce tříd, vybavení nových učeben a tvorby nových výukových materiálů. Cílem práce je zhodnotit, zda finanční zdroje z fondů EU, použité na zvýšení kvality vzdělávání v ZŠ Česká Skalice, byly využity efektivně a zda je projekt společensky přínosný. K hodnocení efektivnosti projektu byly využity metody popsané v odborné literatuře, ale i používané v praxi. V rámci práce autorka zkoumá projekt pomocí SROI analýzy a snaží se vymezit kladné efekty a dopady projektu pro společnost, pomocí nichž je vypočtena společenská návratnost investice.
The topic of the thesis is an analysis and evaluation of selected investment project. The dissertation focuses on the investment project realized by Elementary School in Česká Skalice. The school used financial means from structural funds of European Union in order to increase quality of education via qualification of the pedagogical staff, reconstruction of classrooms, equipment of new classrooms, and creation of new teaching materials. The aim of the dissertation is to evaluate whether the financial resources from the funds of European Union which were used to increase the quality of education in the Elementary School in Česká Skalice were used effectively and whether the project is beneficial for society. In order to evaluate the efficiency of the project were used methods described in professional literature, but also used in practice. Within the thesis the author examines the project by SROI analysis and tries to define positive effects and impacts of the project for the society by which the social return of the investment is calculated.
