Abstract
Tématem bakalářské práce je role pěstouna a její úskalí. Cílem práce je definovat roli pěstouna. Uvést, jaká úskalí jsou s rolí spojena a zjistit, jak na svoji roli pěstouni pohlížejí, co je v jejich roli omezuje, zda mají obavy a jakého rázu tyto obavy jsou. Práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. Teoretická část práce objasňuje základní pojmy dané problematiky - co je to náhradní rodinná péče, pěstounská péče, rozlišení pěstounské péče. Praktická část za pomoci analýzy spisové dokumentace a řízených rozhovorů zjišťuje základní demografické údaje o pěstounech, zjišťuje názory a potřeby pěstounů. Zabývá se možnostmi nabídky služeb, jaké služby pěstouni využívají, zda mají zájem o služby. Součástí práce je vyhodnocení pozice sociálního pracovníka, který rodinu navštěvuje, v rodině. Ze zjištěných dat, je možné navrhnout vhodná doporučení pro zkvalitnění práce s pěstounskými rodinami.
The topic of the thesis is the role of foster-parents and its problems. The aim is to define the role of the fosterer. To describe the problems connected with the role and to learn how it is perceived by the foster-parents, what their role is limited by, if and what they are worried about.The work has been divided into two parts. The theoretical one explains the basic concepts of the issue - what are the substitute family care, the foster care, the differentiation of the foster care. The practical part, with the aid of an analysis of collected documents and controlled interviews, identifies the basic demographic data of foster-parents, determines opinions and needs of them. It is dealing with possible offer of services, which of the are employed by the fodter-parents,if they are interested in services. A part of the work is an evaluation of the position of social workers, visiting the family, in the family. From the data obtained it would be possible to propose suitable reccomendations to improve the work with fosterer families.
