Abstract
Tato diplomová práce popisuje simulaci 3D tvarování plošné textilie pomocí softwaru T-Sim. Cílem diplomové práce je simulace deformací způsobených namáháním při tahovém zatížení, stlačování a působení vysokých teplot během zpracování textilií pro dveřní bloky. Teoretická část je věnována popisu způsobu výroby laminovaných textilií využívaných v automobilovém průmyslu. Popisuje vlastnosti testované textilie a seznamuje s aplikovanými zařízeními. Praktická část se věnuje rozboru zjištěných charakteristik a jejich aplikaci v samotné simulaci v rámci softwaru T-Sim.
The diploma thesis describes 3D fabrics forming simulation using T-Sim software. The main goal of the diploma thesis is deforming simulation caused by stress in a tensile load, compression and effect of high temperatures while processing fabric door blocks. Theoretical part focuses on the way of the production of laminated fabrics which are used in automotive industry. This part describes the features of the tested fabrics and introduces applied devices. Practical part then deals with the analysis of identified characteristics and their application in the actual simulation with the T-Sim software.
