Abstract
Tato bakalářská práce se zabývá mechanickými vlastnostmi a prodyšností netkaných
textilií. Pro zkoumání těchto vlastnosti bylo vyrobeno 6 typů různých vzorků po 2 kusech (12kusů celkem) netkaných textilií za využití bikomponentních vláken. Od každého vzorku bylo vyrobeno 12 kusů předloh, které byly následně měřeny na pevnost v tahu a 6 kusů předloh, na kterých se měřila prodyšnost.
Tato práce je rozdělena do dvou částí. První část je rešeršní, kde budou představeny netkané textilie, způsoby výroby, rozdělení, stroje, výrobní postupy, které jsou zapotřebí při jejich výrobě, význam, stav současného poznání a využití v automobilovém průmyslu V experimentální části budou definovány parametry nové netkané textilie a technologické postupy výroby vzorků. Následně dojde ke změření mechanických vlastností tažnost a prodyšnost netkané textilie. V závěru práce budou vyhodnoceny výsledky experimentu.
This bachelor's thesis deals with mechanical properties and breathability of nonwoven textiles. To investigate these properties, 6 types of different samples 2 piece each (12 pcs in total) of non-woven textiles were produced using bicomponent fibers. From each sample, 12 pieces of prototypes were produced, which were subsequently measured for tensile strength, and 6 pieces of prototypes, on which breathability was measured. This dokument is divided into two parts. The first part is research, where non-woven textiles, methods of production, distribution, machines, production processes that are needed in their production, meaning, current state of knowledge and use in the automotive industry will be presented In the experimental part will be defined the parameters of the new non-woven fabric and the technological procedures for the production of the samples. Subsequently, the mechanical properties of the stretch and breathability of the non-woven fabric will be measured. At the end of the work, the results of the experiment will be evaluated.
