Abstract
Bakalářská práce "Vstup firmy na zahraniční trh" se zabývá procesem vstupu konkrétní firmy na vybraný zahraniční trh. Zpočátku jsou popsána teoretická východiska včetně forem vstupů na zahraniční trh. Ve druhé části je charakterizován podnik včetně portfolia nabízených produktů, popisu zákazníků, ekonomické situace podniku a také je vypracována SWOT analýza. Dále je analyzován zahraniční trh, na který se firma chystá vstoupit, a to především pomocí PEST analýzy. V závěrečné části jsou na základě získaných informací z předešlých kapitol práce zkoncipovány dva návrhy expanze. Ty jsou posléze popsány a také jsou definovány jejich klady a zápory v případném vstupu firmy na daný zahraniční trh.
The bachelor thesis "Entry of a company into a foreign market" deals with the process of entry of a specific company into a selected foreign market. Initially, the theoretical background is described, including the forms of foreign market entry. In the second part, the company is characterized including the portfolio of products offered, description of customers, the economic situation of the company, and a SWOT analysis is also developed. Furthermore, the foreign market that the company is planning to enter is analysed, mainly by means of a PEST analysis. In the final part, two expansion proposals are conceived based on the information obtained in the previous chapters of the thesis. These are then described and their pros and cons are defined in the case of entering a foreign market.
