Abstract
Předmětem práce je na základě zhodnocení vybraných aspektů motivační funkce, konkrétně motivačního systému podniku v rámci odměňování, hodnocení a vzdělávání zaměstnanců, navrhnout zlepšení motivačního systému podniku a jiných aspektů, ve kterých by se po přezkoumání mohl objevit nedostatek. V první části popisuje autorka práce teoretická východiska z hlediska pracovní motivace - motivace, stimulace, vybrané teorie motivace a motivační systém. V druhé části je popsán konkrétní podnik a jeho motivační systém v rámci odměňování, hodnocení a vzdělávání zaměstnanců podniku. Na základě zhodnocení spokojenosti zaměstnanců dvěma výzkumy bude vytvořen návrh nového motivačního systému a další doporučení pro podnik.
The subject of the thesis is based on the evaluation of selected aspects of the motivational function, specifically the company's system of motivation within the framework of rewarding, evaluation and training of employees, to propose an improvement of the company's motivational system and other aspects in which a deficiency could appear after the review. In the first part, the author of the thesis describes the theoretical starting points from the point of view of work motivation - motivation, stimulation, selected theories of motivation and the motivational system. The second part describes a specific company and its system of motivation within the framework of rewarding, evaluation and training of the company's employees. Based on the evaluation of employee's satisfaction through two surveys, a proposal for a new system of motivation and other recommendations for the company will be created.
