Abstract
Tato diplomová práce je zaměřena na strategické řízení firmy a návrh lepší strategie, která by firmě přinesla úspory. V teoretické části diplomové práce jsou shrnuty principy strategického řízení, metody, které pomohou vybrat vhodnou strategii, a analýza prostředí podniku. V praktické části je představena společnost, které se tato problematika týká. Cílem práce je zhodnotit strategické chování firmy a navrhnout vlastní, lepší, strategii.
This diploma thesis is focused on issues of strategic activities of a company and proposal better strategy to save money in the company to future. The theoretical part of the thesis summarizes the strategic management principles, methods to help with choosing appropriate strategies, and the company environment analysis. The practical part of the thesis is presenting the company to which the investigation of this issue is related. The goals of the thesis is to evaluate the strategic behavior of the company and propose own strategy for the company.
